TapBack

TapBack affiliates

Affiliate programme terms.

Version 2026-09-17 · Effective 17 September 2026.

Customer orders are currently unavailable. Applying or receiving a referral code does not guarantee sales or commission.

1. Applying and being approved

You must be 18 or older, able to receive an Australian bank transfer, and use your own accurate details. Apply by emailing info@tapback.school, either directly or using the draft prepared on our application page. The form does not send an email or store an application on TapBack's server.

Applications are reviewed manually. There is no automatic acceptance. A partnership starts only when TapBack gives written approval and you accept that approval. It must state your approved referral code and link, the maximum number of qualifying sales allocated to you, a start and end date no more than 90 days apart, and this terms version. New referred orders must be paid within that window; delivery and the eligibility check may follow it. An application, unapproved code, or promotion before acceptance creates no commission obligation.

2. Commission and your allocation

Commission is A$5 per qualifying new adult customer's first paid pack, including GST if applicable. One customer can generate one commission, regardless of pack size or the number of packs in an order. Renewals and later purchases do not earn commission.

Your written approval sets your maximum number of qualifying sales. Stop promoting under that allocation when it is exhausted or expires unless we agree an extension in writing. There is no discount associated with a referral code.

We honour commissions earned within an agreed allocation. We will not use later budget changes, closure or changes to these terms to remove those accrued commissions. We do not promise any particular number of referrals or any income.

3. A qualifying referral

All of the following must be true:

  • You were approved and had accepted your written allocation before the referral, and it was still available when the customer placed the order. The order was paid within your approval's start and end dates.
  • The purchaser is an adult who has not previously been a paying TapBack customer, and is purchasing their first pack for genuine use.
  • The referral was attributed to your approved code when checkout was created, as described below.
  • The order was paid and delivered, and 30 full days have passed since whichever happened later, without a refund, chargeback or unresolved payment dispute.
  • The referral followed these terms and any conditions in your written approval.

Your own purchases and purchases by people in your household do not qualify. Fake orders, duplicate identities, cancelled orders, refunds, fraudulent orders and disputed payments do not qualify. We review eligibility manually using payment, customer and fulfilment records.

4. Referral attribution

An approved partner receives a link using ?ref=YOURCODE and a code the customer can enter before checkout. The most recent entered code or referral link in the same browser tab replaces the previous one and is retained for up to 24 hours. Removing the code clears that referral. Browser storage restrictions or closing a tab may prevent retention. We do not promise attribution across separate visits, tabs, browsers or devices.

The code must be recorded when checkout is created. Merely opening a link, entering a code or creating checkout does not earn commission. A code is not evidence by itself that the order meets the payment, delivery, new-customer or allocation requirements. We do not automatically change attribution after an order. Contact us promptly if you believe there is an error; any correction requires supporting evidence and must not duplicate a commission.

5. Payment

We pay eligible commission by Australian bank transfer within 30 days after it becomes eligible under section 3. There is no minimum payout balance. After approval, provide accurate payment details through the private process agreed with TapBack; do not put bank details in the application form or a public post. If required payment information is missing, the payment period starts when we receive and verify it.

You are responsible for your own tax reporting and any invoice or tax information reasonably needed to process payment. A refund, fraud finding or chargeback discovered after payment can lead to a documented correction of that commission. We will explain the evidence and any proposed adjustment, and you may raise a dispute before it is applied. Legitimate earned commissions on other orders remain payable.

6. Honest, clearly disclosed promotion

Make the commercial relationship prominent wherever you recommend TapBack or share your link. Place the disclosure with the recommendation so people see it before clicking or buying. For example: “Affiliate link: I may earn A$5 if you buy your first TapBack pack through this link. This does not change your price.” Follow the applicable rules and advertising requirements for each channel.

Describe your own experience accurately. Use current published product information, prices and availability. Do not invent testimonials, imply school or organisation endorsement, promise recovery of a lost item, or make unverified durability, waterproof-performance or safety claims. While orders are closed, clearly say so and do not imply that checkout is available.

7. Promotion we do not accept

  • Promotion directed at children, or collection or use of children's information.
  • Unsolicited bulk messages, unconsented commercial outreach, scraped contact lists or use of customer data without authority.
  • Posting where a community or channel has not allowed promotion, or pretending to be a parent, customer, school or independent reviewer.
  • Coupon spam, unauthorised discounts, misleading urgency, or publishing a code on coupon sites without written approval.
  • Paid search bidding on TapBack's name, misspellings or brand terms; misleading domains or accounts; or presenting yourself as TapBack.
  • Hidden redirects, forced clicks, fabricated attribution, interference with another partner's referral, fraud or unlawful conduct.

You cannot accept payments, make promises, spend money or sign agreements on TapBack's behalf. This programme does not authorise reimbursable advertising expenses.

8. Privacy and communications

Send only your own adult contact details and information about your public channel or audience. Do not include children's details, customer lists, private group content or bank details in an application. We use application and partnership information to review applications, manage approved referrals, handle payments and respond to questions as described in the Privacy Policy.

Partners do not get access to purchaser contact details, private family accounts or found-item messages. Commission reporting can identify a private reconciliation reference and amount without revealing the purchaser. Applying does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

9. Changes, pauses and ending a partnership

Either party may end the partnership by written notice. TapBack may pause or disable a code for misuse, an exhausted allocation, unavailable products or a programme pause. Stop using a code and remove claims of an active partnership after we notify you that it has ended.

Any changed commission rate, allocation or programme terms apply prospectively after written notice and any required agreement. Existing approved allocations are not silently reduced. Qualifying referrals already earned within an agreed allocation remain subject to the agreed eligibility and payment terms even if the programme ends. These terms do not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Questions and disagreements

Email info@tapback.school with questions or an attribution or payment concern. Include your affiliate code and relevant dates; do not request or send a customer's private details. We will review the records and explain the result. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
